Important Booking & Policy Information
⚡ What We Need From You:
Access to electricity to plug in our mixers.
Allergy Notice: Our base butter is shea butter. If any guest has a shea allergy, please let us know in advance—we can substitute with mango butter for them!
🚪 Arrival & Setup: We arrive 45 minutes early to set up and need 60 minutes after the experience to clean up.
⏳ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
72+ hours notice: You may reschedule once or receive a partial refund (minus a small service fee).
Less than 72 hours notice: Reschedule only. No refunds.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
